Account and Order Accuracy

Customers must use therabreath lawfully and provide accurate billing, delivery, order, and contact information.

Shipping Commitments

Orders are limited to U.S. delivery with free tracked standard shipping. therabreath generally needs 1–2 business days to process an order and carriers usually need 4–6 business days after dispatch, subject to delays.

Post-Purchase Rights

Eligible no-reason returns and exchanges are available for 30 days after delivery. therabreath pays approved return shipping, including for quality issues, and returns approved refunds to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Custom goods, clearance or Final Sale products, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods are excluded from no-reason returns, but this does not limit rights for damage, defects, wrong items, or missing goods.

Payment Conditions

Prices and payments at therabreath are in USD. Taxes are charged as required by applicable law rather than under any fixed tax-free promise.

Order Acceptance

A customer may seek pre-shipment cancellation, while shipped purchases proceed under the Refund Policy. therabreath reserves the right to reject transactions presenting fraud, legal, authorization, or material-pricing concerns.
